This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your POLESTAR POLESTAR 2 . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. Attention! The vehicle does not require coding with this electrical kit.
If available you can turn off parking assistance of your POLESTAR POLESTAR 2 with a button on your dashboard. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your POLESTAR POLESTAR 2. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit.
Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
