Are you looking for a specific electrical kit suitable for your LAND ROVER DISCOVERY SPORT? Then this 13-pin electrical kit from TowTec is the right one. This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the LAND ROVER DISCOVERY SPORT. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.

If available you can turn off parking assistance of your LAND ROVER DISCOVERY SPORT with a button on your dashboard. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed LAND ROVER DISCOVERY SPORT installation manual. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your LAND ROVER DISCOVERY SPORT. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

In some countries it is not allowed to use a bicycle carrier with this towbar because there is no option to automatically turn off the fog lights.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
