This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER EVOQUE. This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER EVOQUE . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. Attention! The vehicle does not require coding with this electrical kit.
If available you can turn off parking assistance of your LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER EVOQUE with a button on your dashboard. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed RANGE ROVER EVOQUE RANGE ROVER EVOQUE installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER EVOQUE. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
In some countries it is not allowed to use a bicycle carrier with this towbar because there is no option to automatically turn off the fog lights.
Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
