After the 13-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your BMW 3, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your BMW 3 is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed BMW 3 installation manual. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
