This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your BYD SEAL U . This 13-pin electrical kit is easily integrated into the existing data bus system of your BYD SEAL U. If the trailer lights are damaged, the car's own system will signal the fault. Manual coding is not required with this electrical kit.
You could even turn off the parking assistance of your BYD SEAL U with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed BYD SEAL U installation manual. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your BYD SEAL U . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit.
It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
