No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your SKODA KODIAQ I. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the permanent positive current function. It is possible to extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge the trailer battery.
