This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your MERCEDES-BENZ V-CLASS. This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ V-CLASS . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your MERCEDES-BENZ V-CLASS is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed MERCEDES-BENZ V-CLASS installation manual. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your MERCEDES-BENZ V-CLASS . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
