This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your FIAT DUCATO Bus . This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your FIAT DUCATO Bus . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. Attention! The vehicle does not require coding with this electrical kit.
A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your FIAT DUCATO Bus is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed FIAT DUCATO Bus installation manual. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
