This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your MG HS . This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the MG HS. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.
If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your MG HS with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed MG HS installation manual. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your MG HS . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit.
It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
