This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the AUDI Q5. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.

If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your AUDI Q5 with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed AUDI Q5 installation manual. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your AUDI Q5 . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
