Product details

This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your RENAULT MASTER III Van. The wire kit will activate the specific trailer turn light control indicator in the dashboard. This function must not be activated on your RENAULT MASTER III Van.

If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your RENAULT MASTER III Van with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed RENAULT MASTER III Van installation manual. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your RENAULT MASTER III Van. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. TowTec specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s). The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
