This 13 pin electric wiring kit from Trail-Tec is made specifically for your NISSAN NV400 Van . The kit will trigger the specific trailer turn light control indicator in the NISSAN NV400 Van dashboard. This function must not be activated separately.
If available you can turn off parking assistance of your NISSAN NV400 Van with a button on your dashboard. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed NV400 Van NV400 Van installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your NISSAN NV400 Van. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. Trail-Tec specifies an intallation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wiring kit. We know from experience that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s). It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
