This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your SUBARU XV. This 13 pin summer wire kit produces a warning sound when a defective trailer turn light is detected.
A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function in SUBARU XV is supported by this 13 pin Summer electrical kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed XV XV installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your SUBARU XV. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit.
Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
