This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your VW TOURAN. This 13 pin summer wire kit produces a warning sound when a defective trailer turn light is detected.
If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your VW TOURAN with a push on a dashboard button. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed TOURAN TOURAN installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your VW TOURAN. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the steady plus (to operate electrical loads). Extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge a battery in your trailer.
