This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your VW GOLF IV Variant. This 13 pin Top Tronic wiring kit will increase the blink frequency of the turn light control function when a trailer light is faulty.

If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your VW GOLF IV Variant with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed VW GOLF IV Variant installation manual. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your VW GOLF IV Variant . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
