This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your RENAULT 4. The 13 pin Top Tronic wiring kit will increase the frequency of the turn light indicator when a trailer light is not working.
If available you can turn off parking assistance of your RENAULT 4 with a button on your dashboard. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your RENAULT 4. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
