This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS Coupe . This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS Coupe . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS Coupe is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed C-CLASS Coupe C-CLASS Coupe installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS Coupe . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the steady plus (to operate electrical loads). Extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge a battery in your trailer.
