This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your SKODA RAPID Spaceback . The operation of this 13-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your SKODA RAPID Spaceback and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.
The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed RAPID Spaceback RAPID Spaceback installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your SKODA RAPID Spaceback. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the permanent positive current function. It is possible to extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge the trailer battery.
