This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your SKODA RAPID Spaceback . This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your SKODA RAPID Spaceback . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.
The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed SKODA RAPID Spaceback installation manual. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your SKODA RAPID Spaceback. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the steady plus (to operate electrical loads). Extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge a battery in your trailer.
