This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your MERCEDES-BENZ A-CLASS . After the 13-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your MERCEDES-BENZ A-CLASS, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your MERCEDES-BENZ A-CLASS is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed MERCEDES-BENZ A-CLASS installation manual. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MERCEDES-BENZ A-CLASS. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

The socket is connected with pin 9 to the steady plus. Extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge a battery in your trailer.
