A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your MERCEDES-BENZ S-CLASS is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed MERCEDES-BENZ S-CLASS installation manual. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MERCEDES-BENZ S-CLASS. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
