This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your MERCEDES-BENZ B-CLASS Sports Tourer . After the 13-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your MERCEDES-BENZ B-CLASS Sports Tourer, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your MERCEDES-BENZ B-CLASS Sports Tourer is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed MERCEDES-BENZ B-CLASS Sports Tourer installation manual. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MERCEDES-BENZ B-CLASS Sports Tourer. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
