This 13-pin electrical kit, made by TowTec, is suitable for the MERCEDES-BENZ SPRINTER CLASSIC 4,6-t Bus .

If your car has a parking assistance feature it can be automatically shut down when the trailer is coupled to the towbar. For this function you need this optional item: 171084. The manufacturer TowTec specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1 hours for installation. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

To automatically turn off the rear fog lamp(s) of your MERCEDES-BENZ SPRINTER CLASSIC 4,6-t Bus, accessory 171084 can be used. If a self-actuating shut-off of the rear fog lamp(s) is not possible, a bicycle carrier cannot be installed in some countries.

Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
