This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your CITROËN C3 PICASSO. The operation of this 13-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your CITROËN C3 PICASSO and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed CITROËN C3 PICASSO installation manual. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your CITROËN C3 PICASSO . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit.

To automatically switch off the rear fog lamp(s) of your CITROËN C3 PICASSO when a trailer or bicycle carrier is installed, you can use this accessory: 122653. This your vehicle is equipped with two rear fog lamps, accessory 122653 is required 2 times. This accessory is required because in some countries the use of a bicycle carrier is not permitted if automatic switching off of the rear fog lamp(s) is not supported.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the steady plus (to operate electrical loads). Extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge a battery in your trailer.
