This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your CITROËN C8 . After the 13-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your CITROËN C8, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.
You could even turn off the parking assistance of your CITROËN C8 with a push on a dashboard button. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed C8 C8 installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your CITROËN C8. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit.
To automatically turn off the rear fog lamp(s) of your CITROËN C8, accessory 122653 can be used as the use of a bicycle carrier is not permitted in some countries if automatic switching off of the rear fog lamp(s) is not supported. If your vehicle is equipped with two rear fog lamps, the accessory 122653 must be installed 2 times.
Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
