This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your PEUGEOT EXPERT Van . This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your PEUGEOT EXPERT Van . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.
You could even turn off the parking assistance of your PEUGEOT EXPERT Van with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed PEUGEOT EXPERT Van installation manual. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your PEUGEOT EXPERT Van. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit.
To automatically switch off the rear fog lamp(s) of your PEUGEOT EXPERT Van when a trailer or bicycle carrier is installed, you can use this accessory: 122653. This your vehicle is equipped with two rear fog lamps, accessory 122653 is required 2 times. This accessory is required because in some countries the use of a bicycle carrier is not permitted if automatic switching off of the rear fog lamp(s) is not supported.
It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
